Arrival & Check-in

Where is Casa Martini located?
Via Vairano 103, 6575 Vairano (Gambarogno).

How does check-in work?
Self check-in via the key box at the mailboxes in front of the underground garage. You will receive your personal code by email before arrival.

Where is the key box located?
At the mailboxes in front of the underground garage (look for the Casa Martini sti‑ cker on the first mailbox).

Where can I park?
Casa 1: Directly in front of the underground garage.
Casa 2–4: Above the underground garage; from there, walk down to the garage.

Can I check in early?
Unfortunately, early check-in is not available. However, you are welcome to arrive earlier and enjoy the terraces and outdoor areas.

Can I arrive late?
Yes. Thanks to self check-in, arrival is possible anytime after 4:00 PM.

Apartment & Amenities

Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, the access details can be found in your apartment.

Are bed linens and towels provided?
Yes, everything is prepared for your stay.

Is the kitchen equipped?
Yes, it is fully equipped for everyday use.

Is there a coffee machine?
Yes, everything is ready for a relaxing start to your day.

Where can I find dish soap and cleaning supplies?
The dish soap is located in the soap dispenser next to the kitchen sink.
For each stay, we provide one new kitchen sponge and one cleaning cloth. If you require additional sponges or cloths during your stay, we kindly ask that you bring your own.
For hygiene reasons, we do not provide a dishwashing brush. If you prefer washing dishes with a brush, please bring your own.

Are there any special animals or insects in the area?
Ants may occasionally appear. If they do, please either let us know or use the insect spray provided.

Shared Facilities

Which facilities can I use?
Outdoor kitchen, pizza oven, BBQ, sauna, jacuzzi, terraces, and children‘s playhou‑ se are available to all guests.

Are these facilities private?
The shared spaces are intentionally designed so that multiple guests can enjoy them at the same time while still having complete privacy in their own apartment.

Do I need to reserve the jacuzzi or sauna?
No, use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be considerate of other guests.

Are there any rules?
Please shower before use, be careful when using glass items in and around the jacuzzi, do not use oils or soaps, and leave everything clean.

Area & Activities

Are there shopping facilities nearby?
Yes. A small village shop called La Botega is located in Piazzogna, approximately 3 minutes away by car. You will find fresh bread, cheese, milk, and daily essentials there.

What activities are nearby?
Lake Maggiore, Ascona, Locarno, hiking trails, the Verzasca Valley, Brissago Is‑ lands, and much more.

Do you have restaurant recommendations?
Yes, you will find our recommendations in the guest information folder.
House Rules

Are there quiet hours?
Yes, from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is only permitted at the two stone tables. Please use the ashtrays and dis‑ pose of cigarette butts properly.

Are visitors allowed?
Visitors are welcome, but overnight stays and large groups are not permitted.

Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed.

Where do I dispose of rubbish?
Please dispose of rubbish and recycling at the designated collection point in the village.

Check-out

When is check-out?
By 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

What should I do before leaving?
Empty the dishwasher, remove food, strip the beds, place used towels in the ba‑ throom, switch off lights, turn down the heating, and leave the apartment tidy.
